National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) assigned KEP-Co to develop its 20 years outlook strategic marketing plan. The studies were carried out in three phases. Phase one (June 2008 till March 2009) included studies of drilling services and analysis of international drilling market in respect to NIDC’s major competitors. The scope of phases II and III (April 2009 till July 2009) covered evaluation of NIDC from the marketing point of view and its strategic plan, respectively.
