General engineering department of Tehran Refinery assigned KEP-Co to supervise following activities performed by contractors:
- Continuous supervision of workshops.
- Participating in weekly workshop meetings with contractors.
- Participating in weekly project management meetings along with general engineering department.
- Climate control and monitoring.
- Quality control of materials and equipment required by contractors.
- Dealing with executive issues of contractors, and offering solutions to address them.
Projects under supervision included, but were not limited to construction and installation of new facilities, expansion and upgrading of production units, and retrofitting of existing equipment.
